High-quality print combining twelve of my original hand-drawn illustrations.
There is doubtfully a more quintessentially Japanese sports car as the Nissan Fairlady Z. It is Japan's 911, Mustang or Corvette. With an iconic profile, fully independent suspension, and a responsive six-cylinder engine, the original Fairlady Z emerged in 1970, going by the Datsun 240Z name in export markets. It provided the perfect combination of performance and price, and became immensely successful in America, and throughout the world.
Over the following thirty or so years, the Fairlady Z would grow in all areas, and after a brief hiatus from the late 1990s, would reappear again in 2002 as the Z33/350Z. Today, the Z34/370Z enjoys pride of place in Nissan's performance car lineup alongside its legendary stablemate, the GT-R.
